Notes from Fellowship Committee
The Fellowship Committee has been busy through the summer months
with regular duties on Sunday mornings. Meanwhile, several folk
attended an opening night production at the Arundel Theater in June
and a Sea Dogs game in July.
In September the Committee helped organize an after-church picnic
on the Green to celebrate the start of the Church School year.
Plans are underway for a "Dine With Nine" dinner on October
21.

Dine With Nine dinners
Mark your calendars!
An evening of “Dine with Nine” dinners is scheduled for
Friday evening, October 21. There is a sheet on the bulletin board
in the church hallway for people to sign up if they would like to
attend one of these dinners or host one at their home. Everyone
who signs up will be assigned to one of the hosts, so that there
are between six and ten people at each dinner. The host provides
the main course, and will asked those assigned to them to bring
a contribution to the meal (hors d’oeuvre, veggie, dessert,
etc.).
These are fun, relaxed “grownup” evenings which give
us all a chance to know each other better.
If you are a long time member of South Church, new to the church
or just “trying us out”, we would love to have you!!
Are you single? Please come (the name “dine with nine”
is intended to indicate that odd numbers are great)!
We look forward to getting to know each other more!
